BE CONSISTENT AND DISCIPLINED

First of all you have to be consistent and disciplined of what you are doing. Do not get embarrassed if you aren’t getting the results as soon as you start the regime. And be disciplined of the time, do all you workouts on time and in time, do not waste the time and do not over workout.

WORKOUT

The next step is to do workout. There are different types of workouts so based on your capacity and interest chooses the workout you would like to do for example: light weight training, heavy weight training, etc.

·         In the beginning start with a stretching workout: Stretch every muscle possible for to you because it helps in better growth.

·         Do the basic compound exercises like push ups, pull ups, bench press, squats, dead lifts, shoulder press, etc.

·         Do the exercise in a pattern of 3 days,

1st day push exercises like push ups, shoulder presses, bench presses, dips, overhead triceps curls, diamond push ups(for triceps), and many other to train the pars like chest, shoulder and triceps.

2nd day pull exercises like pull ups, cable curls, bicep barbell curls, preacher curls, dead lifts, t-bar pull, and so on and train the pars like biceps and back.

3rd day legs and abs. Train the legs with the exercises like squats of different formats, dead lift for hamstring, toe raises for calves and many other with the equipment and machines available in your gym. for abdominals (abs), do some sets of crunches, sleeping leg raises, hanging leg raises, planks, etc.

·         Do this for 1 month and see a new updated version of you.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Ø  If you are a beginner, limit your workout time only for 15 minutes on 1day, and raise the time in the next workouts.

Ø  Do not work out for more than an hour because it increases your cortisol lever due to stress on your muscles (which may cause some ill effects)

Ø  Drink enough water during the workout.
