Fitness is a thing that each and everyone can perform to be fit and reduce his all stresses. Everybody from kids to an old can do exercise to be fit. it helps his or her to maintain their physique and a well healthy body.
Fitness may be different for some people from their point of view. Some may like heavy weight lifting, some may like aerobics, some may also like playing, dancing, meditation, yoga, etc to keep themselves fit and maintain a healthy body.
