5 MISTAKES YOU DO IN GYM

5 MISTAKES YOU DO IN GYM AT THE BEGINNING

1.       LIFTING TOO HEAVY IN THE BEGINNING

ff

·         Most of the people who are not working out under a trainer do this mistake in their initial days and this let them quit the gym within a few days.

·         Lifting too heavy in the initial days of workout leads to intense sourness (pain) in the muscles.

·         Lifting too heavy may also lead to disc slip which is a very serious issue.

·         It may also lead to certain injuries too.

·         Do not get excited by seeing the other professional builders in the gym and lift heavy.

Tip: Start with a small weight and increase it slowly after few weeks.

Wear gym belt to avoid the back injuries and it also helps to lift more weight.

If you are under the age of 21 years, lifting too heavy may lead to stoppage of height and there is a biological fact of this.

2.       MAINTAINING RIGHT BODY POSTURE

·         The posture of the body deviates because of lifting too heavy.

·         Proper guidance may be also a reason of this mistake.

·         Joints and ligament may suffer from pain due to this.

Tip: Take the guidance of a certified coach or an experienced person, or you can also watch YouTube videos for guidance.

Always keep your back straight.

Avoid lifting too heavy weights which your body does not sustain.

3.       EAT A HEALTHY DIET

·         Eat a diet rich in protein. 1 gram of protein for each pound of your weight is sufficient.

·         Do not avoid carbohydrates and good fats, they also helps in maintain a good body.

·         Avoid junk foods and bad fats.

·         Take a meal of protein after a few minutes of your workout.

Tip: If you are a vegan, eat paneer, soya beans, and green leafy veggies.

4.       TAKE ENOUGH REST

·         Your body has torn a lot of muscles after the workout, and when you take rest (sleep) your muscles heal up and become stronger than before.

·         An average human needs a sleep at least 8 hours a day.

5.       BE CONSISTENT

·         This is the most common mistakes the beginners do in the initial days of their gym.

·         Your will suffer from a bit of pain in your muscles due to the sourness in your muscles, but soon your body will get used to it and you’ll be more stronger than before.

These were some of the mistakes that even I did during my initial days of exercising and you need to avoid this mistakes if you are about to start.
