There are 8 mandatory poses each contestant must show in a bodybuilding competition. There are, of course other poses, but these are the ones you have to show.
- Quarter Turns.
- Front Double Biceps.
- Back Double Biceps.
- Front Lat Spread.
- Back Lat Spread.
- Side Triceps.
- Side Chest.
- Front Abdominal & Thigh.
Most Muscular.
